In the state of New York, residents are required to submit the necessary documents for their car\u2019s registration in person at a NY DMV office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Standard documentation for registering a New York vehicle with the NY DMV include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Identification<\/li><li>A completed application for vehicle registration<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You will also need payment for applicable taxes and fees.
